Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote regions). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Nottingham studio.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: £12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing for international orders.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your edit. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please Note – Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for our entire community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories Fitness Accessories Caps & Hats (All for hygiene reasons).
Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.

This policy reflects our commitment to quality and safety, mirroring the integrity we apply to every product, from our All Running Clothing to our Yoga & Pilates edits.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • With all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a seamless process:

2Receive Your Returns Authorisation (RA)
We’ll email you an RA number and instructions within 1–2 business days.
3Pack Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the parcel, and seal it securely.
4Ship Your Return
Send the package to our studio address (provided in your RA email) using a tracked shipping service. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Nottingham studio:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
  • Exchange Processing: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping for exchanges follows our standard delivery timelines.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

International Returns

As a global retailer, we accept international returns. Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for the returned parcel.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service (like DHL or FedEx) for your safety.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any non-refundable charges.
