We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in your movement. If an item isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be as seamless and transparent as our privacy practices.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be:
- In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
- Accessories (including Fitness Accessories, Caps & Hats) for hygiene reasons.
- Swimwear (if applicable, based on hygiene standards common in activewear retail).
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us Within 15 Days: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Your Returns Authorisation: We’ll email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the parcel, and seal it securely.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our studio address (provided in your RA email) using a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Nottingham studio, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchange Processing: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping for exchanges follows our standard delivery timelines.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
International Returns
As a global retailer (shipping worldwide, excluding some remote regions), we accept international returns. Please note:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for the returned parcel.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service (like DHL or FedEx, our standard carriers) for your safety.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any non-refundable charges.
